You are issued an activation key upon initial purchase of TimeTrax Recast®. When this key is utilized, you are issued a permanent registration key. If you have lost or misplaced either of these keys, you can have them sent to you at your registered email address.

Q: What is the difference between activation codes and registration codes?
A: When you first purchase a TimeTrax product, you are given activation codes. You will receive activation codes for each software mode that you have licenses for - for instance, XM Tuner, and XM Online. Each code can be used once only for each software mode, when the software is first installed, for the very first time. Once you have used your activation code, it will be disabled forever and will not work again. At that point, you will be given your permanent registration code. This code should be used if you ever need to register your software again.

Above you will find a list of each activation code you were assigned. If you have used the activation code and therefore received your permanent registration code, it will be listed as well.
     
Q:   What is the expiry date mean? Does the software stop working?
A:   The expiry date is the date your upgrade privileges expire. Up until that date, you can upgrade to any new releases of TimeTrax Recast® at no charge. After that date you can continue to run your existing version, but cannot upgrade to a new version, unless you renew your service agreement.
