registration keys. Sometimes our automated e-mails get caught by various Junk
Mail or Spam filters.
Check these folders in your e-mail program for e-mails from us before
opening a support ticket. You can re-send your activation keys from
this page. If you still require assistance with your Activation
or Permanent keys please open a support ticket.
TimeTrax offers several support options to help you get the most out of the software. Before contacting support, please read the product documentation
and consult our knowledge base. 90% of all issues can be resolved quickly through these methods.
